To address unforeseen challenges, we include 2 hours of emergency remote IT support each month, ensuring prompt assistance when you need it most.

Professional Services: Submit your ticket, and we'll charge the hours based on your Gold Rate Card. At the end of each month, we reconcile and apply an additional time and material charge to your upcoming invoice.
