In 2021, LTHQ was founded by Tim Kravitz and Daniel Adams as a new professional service offering in the logistics industry. Their mission was clear: to bridge the technical professional services gap in the logistics market, with a particular focus on assisting businesses with historically low technology budgets.
As a result, Tim and Daniel redefined the approach to logistics technology by seamlessly merging the best of both worlds - the reliability and precision of a traditional Managed Service Provider (MSP) with the strategic, solution-oriented mindset of a law firm. Our unique structure is built around three core divisions (IT Support, TMS Support, and Development), each dedicated to addressing the distinct needs of our clients and ensuring their success.

Meet Our Leaders!
Tim is an executive and technologist with over 15+ years of experience in designing and implementing technical solutions for organizations in various verticals. In 2021, Tim started Logistics Technology HQ Corporation (LTHQ) to fill a technology professional services gap in the logistics vertical. Since then, LTHQ has grown to become the number 1 leader in logistics professional services. Before LTHQ, Tim spent 10 years of his career developing technology solutions that helped two local couriers scale to become national final mile couriers for the healthcare vertical (Pharmaceutical, Lab, Hospital, etc.). Both companies were scaled to $75+ million-dollar valuations and were then sold to private equity.
Daniel is an executive and engineer with 20+ years of experience developing technical solutions for enterprises in various verticals. Daniel received his bachelor’s in engineering (ECE) from the Colorado School of Mines in 2001. Daniel was then recruited by Rio Tinto where he was the Mine Automation Integration Team Leader for 15 years. After Rio Tinto, Daniel went to work for E-Courier TMS Software for 5 years as the Development Team Lead and Product Manager. Daniel then partnered up with Tim Kravitz at LTHQ in 2021 to help bring a professional services firm to the Logistics Vertical.
Customer Success Manager
Chuck has over 10 years of experience in the logistics software industry, working with various TMS’s and business development strategies. Previously, he was a Business Developer at Key Software Systems, where he contributed to the growth and expansion of the company's SaaS solutions. Chuck’s customer-centric attitude and passion for solving complex logistics problems have made him a perfect fit to be LTHQ’s Customer Success Manager. Chuck's main objective is to ensure our multiple service divisions are making technology work for our customers each day.
IT Services Manager
Chris is an IT expert with over 25+ years of experience in the logistics vertical. Chris began his logistics career as a driver for his father's distribution company in New York City. Chris eventually became the logistics manager at the company until the business was sold. Chris then made the transition into logistics technology in early 2003. Over the last 20 years, Chris has worked at 3 courier companies that were starting up and eventually grew and were sold at $100M+ valuations. Chris's unique career background gives him the ability to work with anyone from any company size.
TMS Services Manager
Tim "TC" Casler
Tim (AKA: TC) is a Logistics Technology expert with over 15+ years of experience in the vertical. TC started his logistics career as a Driver and worked his way up to being one of the leading TMS experts in the industry. What makes TC special is that he was an end user (Driver) and operator (Dispatch Coordinator, DC Manager, etc.) before becoming a technologist. Over the past 10 years, TC has completed well over 500+ TMS projects with most of them being migrations between legacy to new state-of-the-art systems. TC's background makes him the best person to ensure your operational workflows align with your software's workflows.
Developer Operations Manager
JD is a technology expert with over 15 years of experience with 10+ focused on helping logistics companies. He is currently the Development Operations Manager at LTHQ. JD is tasked to design, set up, and maintain all the development projects. JD is a passionate technologist with expertise that spans hardware design, warehouse management systems, custom software, and security.
